The Relationship Status is how we categorise the activity of your relationships.
An Active relationship means there has been some two-way conversation between you and the company or contact in the past 90 days.
An Inactive relationship means there hasn’t been any two-way conversation between you and the company or contact in the past 90 days, however there has been a two-way conversation at some point between 90 days ago and 180 days ago.
A Dormant relationship means there has been no two-way conversation between you and the company or contact in the past 180 days.
