In Relata Track, the data will update in close to real time. This means you should the emails you are sending, and the interactions from Contacts appearing as soon as they happen.
In Relata Explore, the data is updated every 24 hours. This may mean that emails or meetings from the previous few hours are not yet shown. You can always see when the data was last refreshed in the upper right corner of the screen.
