Keeping tabs on when Contacts are interacting with your emails means you can strike while the iron is hot, and follow up while you are in their mind. Keep an eye out for 'Revisits', showing when a Contact has interacted with an email again, 24 hours after receiving it.
Visit the ‘Interaction timeline’ section to see a live timeline of the interactions happening in your network. At a glance, you can see the most recent interactions at top, with new ones appearing as they happen.
You can click a specific interaction type to focus only on what matters to you.
