Want to email everybody who hasn’t read your previous email? Or perhaps you want to follow up with those who have shown the highest engagement? With Relata Track, you can do this with a click of a button.
Visit the ‘Sent emails’ section and click on the email.
For either the ‘Highly engaged’, ‘Engaged’ or ‘Unengaged’ columns, click the ‘Email these contacts’ button in the top right corner.
This will open a new, blank email in your default email client with each of the Contacts automatically added to the BCC field.
