Has it been a while since you last caught up with a Contact? Not sure if other Colleagues may have been interacting in the meantime? With Relata Explore, it’s easy to be in the know, and get the full overview of a relationship.
In Relata Explore, search for the Contact or Company you will be connecting with. On the ‘At a glance’ screen, it’s easy to see when you last emailed or had a meeting with them, and when Colleagues may have done the same.
To dig deeper, the ‘Activity analysis’ screen can show you in more detail when the most recent emails or meetings occurred and between whom.
